Individual Registration

Please kindly complete the registration through our congress system to secure your seats at the APMS-HKVRS 2025 Congress. To avoid system traffic congestion, delegates are strongly encouraged to register as soon as possible.

The registration fee is US$50/ HK$390 (Trainee US$25/ HK$195). Please settle the registration fee online using Stripe.

Data Privacy

Personal information collected through the system will be used solely for the APMS-HKVRS Congress.

The Congress System has 128-bit SSL encryption on all pages that handle sensitive information.

The Organizer respects your right to privacy and complies with its obligations under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

In practical terms, the information we collect from you may be used in one or more of the following ways: attendance report, congress registration, payment processing, and communications.

We will take all reasonable steps to guarantee the safety of the data you provide to us and we will only use the data for the intended purpose. However, the nature of the internet is such that we cannot guarantee or warrant the security of any information you transmit to us via the Internet will be 100% secure.

We may share your personal data where you have given permission. For instance, if you attend an industry sponsored event at the Congress and allow your badge to be scanned, this will be taken as consent to share your contact details with the sponsor concerned so that they can follow up with you directly.  All sponsored materials are intended for Healthcare Professionals only.

We do not disclose your personal data to outside parties except as set out in this policy.

We also reserve the right to enforce our site policies in order to protect our rights and the rights of other individuals in a manner that is safe and compliant with the law.

Non-personally identifiable visitor information may be provided to other parties for marketing, advertising, or other uses. For example, we may disclose the total number of visits to our website.

Online Payment Security

All online transactions are processed by Stripe, with protection of Secure Socket Layer (SSL) and support of Verified by Credit Card secure code. Payment details are encrypted under the SSL protocol and transmitted directly to the relevant bank for payment approval and settlement. The Organizer does not collect any credit card information submitted for online payment
